my friend

when i was in class VII,a new girl was admitted she had come from kathmandu.she looked different from others because of her distinct personality and behaviour.she was intelligent.we noticed her as a beautiful girl.she was of medium size she had slim body.she lived in simple clothas but yet she looked pretty.she had fair complexion and round face.her blue eyes were remarkably noticeable.she had long black hair.her smile was very mysterious.her intelligence and beauty both had great impression over us.i was especially very frightened.i had fear that she would overcome my rank.in the fristerm exams,she got second position,and again in the second term she came to be first.to my wonder,she got only third position in the final examination.i made an inquiry and found that she had note attempted some questions in some papers.when i asked her the cause,she went from there.

last &next saturday

last saturdat,i went to my friends birthday party.it was rakeshs eighteenth barthday.he had called me especially in the morning summoned the room was decorated.prayers were recited,and sweets were distributed.aunt served us delicious meals.in the evening,the birthday party was thrown to us in fine western way we sang,danced and enjoyed it in different ways i came back home at i a.m
for next saturday,we have planned a picnic.i have advised my friends the picnic spot-surya binayak.we shall hire a minibus.we have shared our works.i m going to buy a big goat.dipu will buy vegetables.sanjay will arrange tensts and other things.dipu and sanjay will go to grocers for victual we shall visit temple,town and nearby places,then we shall walk around the hills.probably we shall pick up some rhododendrions.

incident i will never forget

last year,my family had to attend a weeding ceremony of my cousin at bhairahawa.we had to purchase something for the wedding and take with us.since my father had urgent work in his office, he bought the plane ticket just for the previous day of the weeding.by chance,we reached the airport two minutes after the plane took off.we returned home disappointed.as soon as we reached home from the airport,we heard on the radio that the plane we missed a few minutes ago had met crash before it reached bhairahawa and all passengers had died.we hardly believed to our ears .my mother begain to weep.as soon as our relatives heard the news,they began to ring us up being terrified but we were safe.we all thanked the almighty for saving our lives.but we were still very sad at the loss of lives of so many passengers. 

Birthday Present

it was my eighteenth birthday yesterdy.friendes and relatives.were invited.there was much entertainment.i was much fascinated at the present given by my uncle.it is a table-clock set with a phone recever.i hade seen such thing before.the clock is round in shape. the numbers and needles are bright by radium there is a beautiful scene of landscape in the mid of the franme is steel.a thin circle has run which is golden in colour.on the top of the clock,there is a receiver of the phone.it is easy to set to high uality.it has very distinct and uality sound.
the table-clock,which is still an object of attraction,is set on the table in my study room.i like it very much. i use itformulti-function - time,date,alarm,and also for telephone work.

the aeroplane

Aeroplane is modern means of air transport.most people like to have their journeys by flights.it is notably important for higher speed.it is also very comfortable,and passengers are provided food,drinks and other things.they do not even notice how time passes.long distance is easily covered.they can be available in delhi as well as kathmandu the same day.aeroplane are very useful in other ways,too.people use it to spray insecticides in crops.theyn make maps of different places and countries with the help of this means.inaccessible places like hills in our country can be reached easily.it is used in rescue operations-in fire,food,earthquakes etc.it has been also misused by people.they use in military purposes.there are risks of crash.it is violent cause of noise pollution.because of wide travelling,thereare cultural and social changes.it is also very expensive means of transportation.

the postman

A person who works in a post office and delivers letters is called a postman.he has a certain area to deliver letters and newspapers.he goes to his office daily.he selects the letters and magazines of his area.he puts them in his bag and goes from house to house to give letters ,parcels,money orders etc of the right persons. the postman is a very useful person in the society.the postman wears simple dress,mostly khaki clothes.he has to cover a large area in the hilly regions.he takes a sack,which he must carry from one post office to another and exchange while returning.he has to walk on foot for long distances even in hot sun and heavy rainfall.he often takes a spear for his protection.alternatively,he is sent to deliver letters door to door.people in the countryside might be eagerly waiting for him to receive their letters and goods from the country and abroad.they become happy when they see him there. in the city,he gets on the bicycle and delivers letters,postcards, parcels etc to the persons addressed.   

the farmers of nepal

A person who always works in the field and solely depends on the prouctions of the land is called a farmer.his only source of income is the production  of crops in the field.
nepal is an agrarian country.most of the people here are  farmers.they provide us different crops, fruits and vegetables. they alsoprovide milk,meat,and raw materials for industries.farmer are the backbone of the society.
farmers life is very hard but simple.they wear simple dress and eat simple food.they work very hard from early morning to late evening.they are always busy in the field and at homes,too.farmere enjoy two big festivals-plantation and harvestiong.during.they forget their sorrows and anxieties at the times most of farmers in nepal are very poor. they have no enough land.they apply low. the government should proyide them facilities to uplift their life standards.farmers are very important.they are the teue nepalese they are not affected bymobern fashion.
